Terms of the waitlist

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by OneFinger - Łukasz Czerwiński, ul. Puchacza 13/1, 20-323 Lublin, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) 9462590874, business register number (REGON) 540818917, e-mail hello@gettalker.app (“we”).

2. What the service is

The waitlist is a free service provided by electronic means. After you sign up and confirm your e-mail address, we send you one e-mail about the release of TalkerApp for each system you chose (Mac or Windows).

It is not an order, a reservation, an offer to sell a program or a license, or a statement of a price. We do not promise a date, or that TalkerApp will be released for a given system. Joining gives you no right to a license or a discount.

3. What you need

A web browser with JavaScript turned on, because the bot check on the form needs it. An e-mail address of your own that you can read. If you cannot use the form, write to hello@gettalker.app and we will help you join by e-mail.

4. Starting and ending

• Start. The contract is concluded when you send the form after reading these terms. Your sign-up counts once you confirm your address with the link we send. If you do not confirm within 7 days of the last link we send you, the request is deleted.
• End by you. You can leave at any time: use the link in any e-mail from us, or write to hello@gettalker.app. We delete your sign-up.
• End by us. The service ends for you when we have sent the release e-mails you waited for. We then delete your sign-up 30 days after the last one. It ends at the latest 24 months after you confirmed, or earlier if you misuse the service (see section 5). We may also end the whole service. We then delete the sign-ups.

5. What not to do

• Do not enter an e-mail address that is not yours or that you may not use.
• Do not send the form automatically or in bulk.
• Do not use the service to send unlawful content or to disturb other people.

6. Your data

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Complaints

Send a complaint about the service to hello@gettalker.app. Say what happened and what you want. We answer within 14 days of receiving it, by e-mail to the address you wrote from. This does not limit your right to go to a court or to a consumer-protection body.

8. Changes

We may change these terms for a good reason, for example a change in the law or in the service. A change applies from the day we publish it. It does not, without their agreement, make the service worse for people who joined earlier.

9. Final provisions

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live stay in force. The Polish version of these terms prevails if the versions differ.
